Liz Talago is a mental health pro turned content and messaging strategist. She helps unlikely executives and feminist entrepreneurs tell their stories and build rule-breaking brands. Liz works at the intersection of technology and wellbeing, designing content experiences that make the world a better place. Liz loves old houses, heavy metal yoga, and walks in the woods with her three pups. She lives in the greater Detroit area with her fiancé, Jeff.

She works with small business owners, founders, and solopreneurs to discover their brand purpose and make meaningful connections with their audiences. She’s an avid outdoor cyclist, a former spin instructor, and a professional turned amateur baker. She and her husband live in Nashville with their two fluffy rescue pups.
